Q & A
When did you first start making art? What or who inspired you?
I started making art around the age of 4; my now ex-best friend inspired me to continue making art as she saw potential in my art.
What do you enjoy the most about making art?
I enjoy the brainstorming and rough draft part of making art. It really allows me to add my own creative aspects to whatever I have in mind.
Is art something that helps you, if so then how?
Art definitely helps me. I’ve suffered through most of my life suffering from severe depression and anxiety and art was the only thing that'd help me get out of any form of negative mindsets.
What does art mean to you?
To me, art means a personal way of expressing yourself whether that’d be traditional or digital maybe I’m even both.
If you didn’t make art, what would you be doing now?
Probably working at someplace like a store or something. I’d more than likely just have a regular ordinary job.
How do you feel about the art industry of today's times? What would you change about it?
I honestly don’t really know how I feel about it. I try not to worry about things that aren’t really affecting me so that they won’t cloud up my thoughts and interrupt my thought process when making art.
What would you like to achieve through your art?
Inspiring others through my work and showing that anyone can be an artist no matter how good they are.
In your own words how would you describe your art and who do you think would enjoy what you make the most?
My art is very cartoony and has a very simplistic look to it. People who like this style of work would be very interested in what I'm making.
If you could leave your audience with anything, what would you want them to take from your work?
Some of them will have more detail than others but it mainly depends on whether I want it to be simple or highly intricate.
